Donation Refund Policy

By making a charitable gift to the Belmar Elementary School Class Reunion - A NJ NONPROFIT - 501(c)(3) Corporation, the donor understands that charitable donations are not refundable, except as provided for in the below referenced recent New Jersey Case Law decision:

Event Ticket Refund Policy

All event ticket sales are final. No refunds or returns. Valid ID is required at the door of the event. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email sent to the address provided by the ticket purchaser during the online session) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with the BELMAR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CLASS REUNION hereinafter referred to as  (BES Class Reunion), via its CONTACT US link, whether or not your ticket order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. The BES Class Reunion will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. Tickets purchased "accidentally" or otherwise in error are non-refundable. Any portion of the ticket purchase that qualifies as tax-deductible will be listed at the time of the transaction. Should you need confirmation of the amount, please use the CONTACT US link to obtain an official tax receipt.

Processing Fees

Event tickets purchased via the BES Class Reunion's event web pages are subject to a non-refundable per order processing fee. These fees help to cover the cost of providing internet ticket services. The BES Class Reunion is a non-profit organization.

Changed, Cancelled and Postponed Events

Refunds are issued only in the case of event cancellation or postponement. Handling fees are not refundable. The handling fees are not refunded in order to cover the expenses already incurred by BES Class Reunion in processing your original order. If an event is cancelled or postponed, BES Class Reunion will make every effort to notify you in advance. BES Class Reunion will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if we are unable to contact you in the event of an event cancellation or postponement.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Ticket Donations

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your order. All event ticket sales are final, and no refunds or returns are permitted.

Pricing Errors

If the amount you pay for an event ticket is obviously or grossly incorrect, regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, and regardless of whether because of a transactional malfunction of this web site or other BES Class Reunion operated system, then BES Class Reunion will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid and any applicable fees. Please use the CONTACT US link if you believe that a pricing or donation amount error has occurred.

Resale of Event Tickets

For any event ticket(s) purchased through a BES Class Reunion web page, the ticket purchaser understands that resale of such ticket(s) is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations related to such. Any violation of such laws may result in prosecution of the individual who purchased the ticket by such agency or other party. The BES Class Reunion assumes no liability for tickets purchased or resold through unauthorized channels. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from any source other than a BES Class Reunion website.

Ticket Limits

In an effort to give all BES Class Reunion supporters the opportunity to purchase tickets to an event, we often set limits on the number of tickets one supporter or corporate sponsor is allowed to purchase. You will be advised of any limits on tickets by a posting on the "buy" page for the event, or by a system limitation on the number of tickets you may purchase during your online session. Tickets purchased for an event during multiple online sessions on our web site are totaled to ensure that any supporter or corporate sponsor limitations are not exceeded. When purchasers exceed these limits, their orders may not be fulfilled. Should you exceed a pre-set limitation, we will contact you at the email address provided at the time of purchase.

All Sales are Final

All sales completed though the BES Class Reunion web site and affiliated web pages are final. Please see our refund or exchange policies above. Please be sure you have selected the proper event and ticket tier (price) amount prior to completing your order. Once event tickets are issued, they are like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to bring with them the official ticket, email confirmation or printout of the confirmation page with their person at the time the event is to commence.

The BES Class Reunion does not guarantee there will be a list of purchasers available and/or accessible at the time the event commences, and even with a list at the event we do not guarantee entry without proper identification, such as a driver's license or other Governmental Identification.
